first of all equipment dosn't make an artist good, its their vision, also this peice is very good, the lighting is awesome the perspective, and the reflections of light, and the girl sitting down it's neat usually photos like this have no subjects other than the hall, I like this it really depicts lonlyness and dispare I like it!

I used to be really into photography now, I'm back into my music but I still take photos for fun but check out my music:
I think it looks great... with a few sound effects that could make for a very scary movie scene (girls aren't supposed to sit around in a seemingly abandoned hotel floor)
Holy mackrel. I just... wow. Like, I just love this. What an amazing piece.
To be entirely honest, I have no idea what you're talking about with "bad quality" or what have you. It looks spot-on to me in not just expression but technique. 'Course, coming from a guy who mostly worked with his crappy web cam, that quite possibly means nothing.
What this immediately suggests to me is a representation of the road of life - maybe short term, maybe long - but how someone might feel when they've realized that there isn't any hope to be anything special, anything unique. To quote Fight Club: "We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off."
The funny thing is that it's not just the picture itself that's telling me this. Alot of the message I'm getting relates to the title, and it being tied to this piece specifically. "Nothing at the End" makes it very clear, and it creates some dramatic symbolism of the hotel setting. Each door, just as identical and boring as the last, made to look pretty and appealing and hoping that it's the answer. But then you realize, the further down the hall you go, that it's just more the same, and never what you're expecting.
And sooner or later, as the subject has in the image, you just want to take a breather. Contemplate giving up, or just sit there and hope this isn't all there is to it.
Simply awe-inspiring image is what I'm seeing here, and the fact that this is your very first submission definitely shows me that many great things are set to come from you here.
Kudos.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!

the repetitive pattern that seems to go to infinity looks lovely and adds to the loneliness atmosphere you created with this piece.
